My role consists of completing maintenance jobs promptly and professionally whilst constantly maintaining ethusiasm towards my work.

I conduct regular site inspections throughout our managed portfolio for condition and compliance reasons. I also attend to diagnosis of defect issues and produce reports and specifications of works for minor and major repairs.

As a cleaner at AM Surveying and Block Management, I take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming communal spaces that enhance residents’ daily living experience.
