I am responsible for reviewing and finalising year end service charge accounts.
My responsibilities include the analysis and review of financial statements (Year-End Accounts) and the preparation of comprehensive financial reports for directors and leaseholders. I ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all financial reporting, while working collaboratively with the property management team to support and achieve strategic financial objectives. Additionally, I manage service charge matters and address a range of finance-related queries with professionalism and efficiency.
