Health, Safety & Contracts Coordinator
I arrange Health, Safety & Risk Assessments for our Block Management Portfolio and organise any resulting repairs.
I am responsible for all health safety an assessments for all blocks along with monitoring service events and booking them in and processing reports for remedial works needed to be carried out.
I have worked for the company for over five years and have a vast amount of experience in all aspects of the business.
Along with the above I also produce building handbooks, which provide information to residents on rules regulations relating to the building.
Organizing contracts from various service providers.
Jacky assists our Block Management team with contractor relations and compliance.
Health & Safety.
Coordinating cyclical repairs and maintenance.
Supplier & Contractor relations.
