Executive Assistant and Co-Owner

Executive Assistant to our Director and part owner of AM.

I assist with general company operational matters and have particular interest in supporting internal staff motivational programs such as our Social Committee. I coordinate Social Committee events including our annual AM Awards event.

I have regular meetings with our department heads and Office Management to provide direction on HR matters and facilitate the good execution of our day to day client objectives.

As Co-Owner of AM along with Matthew I take joint decisions in matters of business development and growth.
