Block Management Building Surveyor

I conduct regular site inspections throughout our managed portfolio for condition and compliance reasons. I also attend to diagnosis of defect issues and produce reports and specifications of works for minor and major repairs.

As a Block Management Building Surveyor, I provide professional assistance to our Property Managers and Clients by applying my expertise in building pathology to assist with complex building issues or projects. With over two years of experience and an RICS-accredited master’s degree in project management, I am skilled in conducting detailed building inspections, producing defect reports, and addressing issues such as water ingress and structural defects.

My role involves producing specifications, managing major or complex works, and regularly visiting sites to ensure all processes run smoothly. I take pride in ensuring properties comply with safety regulations and are maintained to the highest standards.
