I oversee our Legal & Insurance department and I have recently become an Associate of The Property Institute.

I oversee our Legal & Insurance department. My days can assist of arranging insurance renewals, filing statutory documents at Companies House, assisting with lease queries and ensuring residents are acting in accordance with the Lease or Transfer Deeds to ensure smooth management within blocks of Flats and Estates.

I have recently obtained my Associate qualification with The Property Institute and have attended many ARMA and TPI webinars and courses to keep up to date with all new legislation.
