Savannah is a Senior Property Manager & Team Leader and qualified Member with TPI.
Experienced Property Manager working on a range of different property types both leasehold and freehold and a range of client types.
I have gained my Members qualification from The Property Institute (formally IRPM) and am working towards my AssocRICS qualification.
I work with different departments within AM and external suppliers/contractors to ensure that the buildings within my portfolio are maintained to a high standard. This includes Health & Safety, Legal & Insurance, Operations, Accounts and many more.
I visit the sites in my portfolio on a regular basis and also liaise with my clients regularly.
Savannah is a Property Manager and qualified Member with TPI.
