In my role, I am responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of communal areas within residential properties managed by the company. I take great pride in the quality of my work and the positive impression it leaves on both residents and visitors. I work independently, managing my time and tasks efficiently to ensure all assigned properties receive thorough and professional attention. I understand that communal areas—such as hallways, lobbies, staircases, lifts, and shared facilities—are central to residents’ experience, and I strive to keep them clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
