My role at AM Surveying & Block Management is diverse & never dull! My day can assist of Managing RTM Acquisition Processes for new clients, arranging insurance renewals and filing statutory documents at Companies House. Every building is different and requires unique solutions and so anything from insurance needs to property sales; every area of my role requires a high level of attention to detail and I take great pride in delivering such.

I also assist the Property Management team with any queries they have regarding Leases or Legislation and I ensure that owners and residents are acting in accordance with their Lease or Transfer Deeds to ensure harmonious living within blocks of Flats and Estates.

I became a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management in July 2024 and I also undertake vast amounts of ARMA training to ensure my knowledge of the industry is kept up to date.

I am a member of our Social Committee at AM which coordinates internal team events such as monthly drinks and an annual awards!
