Investing in People to Maintain a High Level of Service
At AM Surveying & Block Management we strive to provide our clients a first rate level of service and maintaining such is of great importance to us. In August 2016 we moved into our new offices at 42 new Road, Aylesford in Kent (read more about that here) which provides much more space to make way for our expanding workforce.
Since being based at our new premises we have taken on contracts within our Block Management department amounting to an additional 200 properties. It is important to us increases in our client-base does not compromise the high level of our services. To cope with the increasing demand of our services we are pleased to introduce our newest members of staff; two additional Building Surveyors and a Maintenance Administrator.

Ben & Aaron join our Building Surveying department where their roles include assisting our Senior Building Surveyors in respect of project management, technical drawing via CAD and other Building Surveying duties including reporting on building defect issues for properties within our Block Management portfolio. Ben & Aaron are soon to commence their APC as they work towards RICS accreditation.
Maintenance Administrator
A key area of our services as Managing Agent is the swift handling of planned and reactive maintenance issues for properties within our Block Management portfolio, Jacqueline joins us to assist our Maintenance Department in this regard.
We are pleased to welcome our newest members of staff to AM Surveying & Block Management and we are sure our clients will be pleased with the advice and service received from Ben, Aaron & Jacqueline.
