Welcoming Our New Receptionist
Many firsts for us following our move into new office premises at 42 New Road in Aylesford, Kent on 26th August 2016. This time, a new reception area and new receptionist!
Our new premises houses a reception area which of course means the opening up of a vacant position; Receptionist! We are pleased to welcome Paris Mackintosh as our newest member of staff to fill this role.
AM Surveying & Block Management are a family company and with Paris joining the growing team we are happy to follow that thread, as Paris is wife of Director Matthew Mackintosh.
AM Surveying & Block Management Receptionist Paris Mackintosh
Paris's duties include handling incoming calls ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department swiftly and politely, handling incoming and outgoing mail and administrative office work involved with assisting our Block Management and Building Surveying departments.
Other duties include providing hospitality to visitors such as clients and business partners during visits with members of the AM Surveying & Block Management team.
With improvements to our services such as formation of our new reception, looked after by Paris, clients and customers can be assured of our continued dedication to providing excellent services in the fields of Block Management and Building Surveying.
Meet the Office Mascot: Poppy
We also welcome our new AM Surveying & Block Management team mascot; Poppy the Cockapoo!
Bringing a bit of fun and a calming spirt to the office, Poppy spends most of her time around reception looking out for opportunities to receive cuddles (and maybe the occasional treat!) from members of staff as they pass by on coffee & lunch breaks.
Poppy's biggest talent lays in making friends with visitors, usually by melting their hearts with her lovable puppy-dog eyes and jolly temperament.
