I have been involved in Block Management since 2007 and have developed in-depth experience covering a broad range of property type, client base and Block Management discipline; with particular expertise in the management of Leasehold residential.
I am especially passionate about delivering excellent customer service to clients and Leaseholders, bringing a rounded and considered approach to Block Management to the benefit of our clients.
I am Director and Partner at AM Surveying & Block Management responsible for overseeing our Block Management department.
Matt explains our latest integration of PropTech to team AM. Matt is very passionate about the use of technology in Block Management and here he is at AM Mission Control where live maintenance and staff GPS data is presented to our offices to assist management of our portfolio.
