During mid 2014 we were tasked with advising our client how best to maximise his most recent and sizeable property investment which was considered to have development potential as advised to our client by our team.
Our building surveying team quickly got to work producing schemes, drawings and 3D renderings detailing how our client's building could most efficiently become reality providing suitable residential accommodation, reach local planning authority approval and yield maximum profits to our client.
In mid 2015 our Planning Team obtained confirmation that our planning applications had been approved by the local planning authority for conversion of the existing large former office block to provide 39 luxury residential apartments.

Shortly after detailed specifications being produced by our team and contract tendering taking place, by mid 2015 with the oversight of our building surveyors construction works were to commence lasting for approximately 10 months.
In accordance with our professional duties to our client, our team smoothly project managed the construction phase bringing our client's vision to a reality and to a final build value of approx £3mil. Works were completed on schedule and on budget.
