I am a Senior Property Manager, managing a portfolio consisting of residential and freehold properties. In addition, I am the Team Leader for the Property Management Team providing guidance and leadership for all variety of Block Management queries we encounter.

As a Senior Property Manager, I provide a professional service to clients and colleagues using my ongoing experience and knowledge gained from completed qualifications with regulatory bodies Institute of Residential Property Management and Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors.

The role varies daily given the nature of reactive works we experience. In addition, guiding clients with financial budgeting, analysis, planned programming, Health and Safety works and ensuring the company remain up to date with all legislation changes promoting due diligence and professional management.
