Alongside her work at AM, Molly enrolls onto an excellent apprenticeship for persons new to the Property Management sector; the Housing and Property Management (level 3) apprenticeship.

The Housing and Property Management (level 3) apprenticeship typically lasts a duration of 18-24 months and prepares an individual for a range of housing and property management duties leading to other operational or specialist roles.

During the course of the apprenticeship a candidate can expect to gain skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, legislation, communication and problem solving within the Property Management sector.

On completion of the apprenticeship, candidates are be able to secure membership with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) at Member level and Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) at Associate Level.

Company Director and Head of Block Management Matthew Mackintosh MIRPM, AssocRICS, was recently acknowledged within the Block Management sector as recognising the value of investing in grass roots talent via apprenticeship candidates.

The panel of judges as part of the Property Management 50 2020 awards observed “Matthew is key in promoting youth training and development- he is an advocate of apprenticeships, thus promoting and building his future talent not just within but from the bottom up. A joy to work with and a company to watch as it grows." More on that here.

Matthew comments on the latest addition to team AM’s staff “Apprenticeships are a fantastic entry into becoming a Block Management professional, a means to learn and gain qualifications while concurrently gaining real life on-the-job experience. I’m really pleased to continue to support young people in this way and always look forward to helping individuals develop their careers. We look forward to helping Molly start and progress her career in Block Management.”

Molly joins our other apprentices Abbie Thain and Ethan Barraclough, also working through the The Housing and Property Management (level 3) apprenticeship.
