It's with great humility and appreciation that despite such a difficult economic climate for so many owing to effects of COVID19, at AM Surveying & Block Management we continue to observe steady growth as further clients within London, Kent and the South East are recognising the strength of service and value we can bring them as their appointed Managing Agent within the private residential sector of Block Management.
We are excited to announce Chloe Donaghy joins us at AM Surveying & Block Management as a full time Front Desk and Office Manager commencing September 2020. Chloe is responsible for management of operations pertaining to our front desk, the smooth running of general office administration, to introduce and develop new and existing office management policies and to spearhead staff well-being initiatives and regular catch-ups. As our staff and client-base grows, so does our office administration to ensure service levels are maintained to the standards our clients expect and such we have been really pleased to make further investment in our management team to ensure this continues to be the case.
Following a thorough selection process Chloe was delighted to accept the position and commenting on doing so says; "I am really looking forward to making a start on my work at AM, during such difficult times in the current climate it is impressive to observe a company that can still go from strength to strength and I look forward to being a part of it and making a difference."
More than 150+ candidates applied for the position within a period of 14 days, a huge uptick in interest sadly because of increased demand for vacant employment positions caused by challenges of COVID19. The interview selection process for the position of Front Desk & Office Manager at AM included the hosting of video calls, socially distanced face-to-face interviews and a final office-based assignment to present a 15 minute showcase to AM staff concerning how to operate a COVID secure return to working within our offices for staff previously working from home. Despite such a competitive selection process, after careful consideration and benchmarking against our selection criteria Chloe was determined to be the successful candidate, having performed excellently throughout the process and impressing our panel of interviewers.
