A very important part of our Block Management service is the collection of service charges from property owners.
Without investment by property owners, in the form of payment of services charges, it would not be possible for us as Managing Agent to arrange cleaning, gardening, general repairs and setting aside of reserve funds for future works.

With immediate effect, we are pleased to announce the release of our secure online payment facility bringing an easy-to-use and quick method of paying service charges, via debit or credit card directly from our website.
Online payment joins our other payment options which include telephone, BACS & cheque.
All the necessary information for making payment including reference numbers, account details and all available payment options are shown under the “Payment Details” section of service charge and ground rent demands/invoices.
