On Friday 8th July 2016 the Block Management and Building Surveying team at AM Surveying Property Services travelled from our West Kent office to attend a celebratory private corporate dinner at London’s most iconic building – The Shard.
What was the cause for celebration? AM Surveying’s most successful financial year to date! 2015-16 has seen rapid increases in the acquisition of new clients in both our Block Management and Building Surveying departments resulting in 43% increase in staff and doubling of company turnover and profits compared with 2014-15.
Increasingly more Freeholders and Leaseholders within London & the South East are realising the benefit of having their block or estate managed by our team of property professionals.
Celebrating in Style
The team enjoyed a meal within a private dining room in Aqua Shard, one the Shard’s finest dining venues. Whilst dining in the restaurant on level 31 of London’s tallest building we were treated to views of the ever changing London skyline. The glorious summer evening allowed us to admire the far reaching views, perhaps as far as Kent, whilst we watched the sun go down over the cityscape. Our Property Management team were even able to pick out several buildings and blocks we manage from the busy metropolis below.

Looking Forward
Taking on additional properties (and staff!) has lead to a demand in extra office space from which to base our operations.
June 2016 saw completion on the purchase of our impressive new office-space-to-be, former public house and soon to be AM Surveying head quarters. The property is currently under conversion to provide much needed space for our expanding team and client-base. Read the full Article here. We look forward to moving in very soon.
As one of the newer members of the AM Surveying team I am grateful for the recognition and rewards that my colleagues and I receive from the Company Directors in appreciation of our hard work in benefit of the company and our clients. I speak on behalf of the entire team when I say we are keen to continue working hard to make the 2016-2017 financial year an even more successful one!
