A Family Company Built on Quality of Service
The family owned and run firm of Building Surveying and Block Management professionals AM Surveying Property Services Ltd has been providing professional services to clients for over 30 years, since the late 1970's.
Since founding the company, Chartered Building Surveyor Antony Mackintosh Dip.Surv, MRICS (pictured right) has been at the helm, successfully running the company through two industry recessions, building a sound client base and attending to the duties and workload of a busy Chartered Surveyor .
Antony has been the catalyst in establishing the company's unbeatable reputation of excellent client services and dependable professional advice which has led to the cementing of client relationships that have lasted a generation, with individuals and organisations such as property developers and property owners throughout London and the South East of England.
Antony oversees the company's Building Surveying department which provides a wide range of services from simple Building Surveys through to Project Management of large scale construction projects (and everything in-between!).

Onto the Next Generation
More recent years has seen a passing of the baton to Antony's son Matthew Mackintosh MIRPM, AssocRICS (pictured left) who started working in the family business as a trainee in 2007 and in 2014 qualified as a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and soon after became an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Matthew oversees the Block Management department which extends to approximately 1,000 properties across London & the South East.
In July 2014 Matthew become a part-owner and in October 2015 was appointed Managing Director, taking the lead in the organisation and running of the company, taking over this role from Antony.
Although Antony still plays a significant role in the Surveying related services of the company, Matthew has become the driving force behind taking the family business forward into the future.
During Matthew's tenure as Managing Director the company has experienced healthy growth especially in the field of Block Management, Matthew's particular area of expertise, which has resulted in employing several additional staff including the company's first government backed Apprentice.
On the handover Antony said "I am confident in Matthew's ability to take over the reins of looking after the company and I feel the time is right that he does so. I look forward to seeing the company continue to grow with the benefit of his innovative approach, drive and passion."
Moving Forward
Building Surveying and Block Management dovetail very nicely, as such the combined expertise of father-son partnership of Antony & Matthew make for an excellent and rounded service offering to property owners and clients.
Clients benefit from Building Surveying (overseen by Antony) and Block Management (overseen by Matthew) all provided in-house from a team passionate about delivering a trusted and customer focused service.
