Residents Management Company (RMC) in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent seeking proactive Managing Agent for an Estate consisting of 49 Leasehold Flats and 11 Freehold Houses.
Solution
RMC of prestigious Tunbridge Wells new build estate appointed AM Surveying Property Services as Managing Agent in 2012 and we have been the RMC's Managing Agent since.
The Development consists of 11 Freehold Houses and 49 Flats held on Long Leases.
Our Property Management team retain close communication with the RMC's Board of Directors, we carry out monthly site visits and promptly arrange all necessary repairs and maintenance.
Other services provided to the RMC include managing all minor and major works, liaising with unit holders concerning day to day management, careful financial management of budgets, collection of service charges and dealing with all matters arising.
In particular our Accounts Department provide regular and comprehensive interim accounts reports providing absolute transparency to the RMC Board of Directors for their information, such reports include Budget vs Actual spend, Arrears Statements and bank account balances and any queries arising are duly answered.
