Maintenance & repairs

Report a communal repair

Our online tool makes reporting quick and easy. Once submitted, our team reviews the issue thoroughly and takes appropriate action — and you can track it every step of the way.

Please note: AM is responsible for the communal parts of your development. Repairs inside your own property (the demise) are your responsibility.

Service charge & payments

Paying your service charge

Living on a managed development means paying a service charge — essential for maintaining the communal facilities everyone shares. Your lease or transfer document details how it may be used.

  • Pay by credit or debit card, BACS, cheque or monthly standing order
  • Set up a monthly payment arrangement with our Accounts team
  • Funds are ring-fenced in a client account, protected under RICS rules

A quick note on your lease

Your lease or transfer document sets out how service charge for your property may be used. If you have any queries about your lease, transfer or the service charge, we'd recommend seeking independent legal advice.

Building safety

Resident Engagement Strategy

Buildings over 18m or with 7 or more storeys are Higher-Risk Buildings under the Building Safety Act 2022 — so acting effectively on building safety matters is especially important. Where this applies, we adopt and observe a Resident Engagement Strategy.
