A flexible, open-plan workspace right beside Mission Control, built for project planning and problem-solving. Staff work from laptops and move freely around the building, bringing different departments together to solve challenges in one place.
Managing keys and fobs for hundreds of blocks is easy to take for granted — so we gave it a dedicated, organised home. Sites are shown on a digital screen with allocated storage, keys are logged in and out with management software and tags, and we even cut our own spare keys in-house.
A dedicated on-site gym, because looking after our team means they look after your building. Cardio, free weights and a comfortable space encourage people to take a break, stay active and come back sharper — which shows in the service our clients receive.
Penelope House is entirely powered by our own on-site solar — a genuinely green home for block management.
