Graduate Building Surveyor

I conduct regular site inspections throughout our managed portfolio for condition and compliance reasons. I also attend to diagnosis of defect issues and produce reports and specifications of works for minor and major repairs.

I am a Graduate Building Surveyor, completing my Bachelors in Building Surveying from University of Westminster in 2020. The course enhanced my knowledge in various aspects of construction and property law enabling me to offer my expertise to our property managers and clients.

The role typically involves attending sites managed by AMSBM to investigate the defects reported by residents and analyzing the potential cause and offering remedial works.
