I have completed my Level 3 Housing Officer course which enabled me to achieve Associate level of the IRPM. This course provided me with insight on the various defects buildings face, as well as providing in-depth advice and information on legislation and procedures, such as Section 20 consultations, leases and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.

I work in our Block Management team as Property Manager, managing a portfolio of a variety of blocks.

I arrange repairs and maintenance of the common parts of blocks within my assigned portfolio along with setting annual service charge budgets, handling property owner's queries and carrying out regular site inspections among other things.

I take every care and attention to detail in the work I do and hope to always meet our client's expectations in this regard.
