My role at AM Surveying & block Management is varied and interesting and includes a diversity of Block Management tasks such as monitoring Service Charge Expenditure Budgets and issuing Service Charge and Ground Rent Demands.
I also ensure the effective credit control and collection of service charge and ground rent arrears. It's only fair that if you have paid your service charges on time, your neighbour should do so too; it is my role to make sure this is the case.
My team and I ensure our in-house Block Management accounting
systems are kept up to date and reconciled to accurately reflect payments received as well as all expenditure associated with your block.
Together with our robust accounting reports and strict compliance to RICS and ARMA regulations we provide a transparent financial handling service to our clients.
I also have experience working in Insurance, as such I handle insurance claims matters, providing close liaison between insurance companies and our clients.
