When a customer books any of the meetings on amsbm.co.uk/book-online, we send our own branded confirmation email. Here is exactly what goes out for each meeting type. (Sample data shown.)
This sits alongside the standard calendar invite Microsoft Bookings sends (which carries the .ics and the reschedule/cancel links). Online meetings show a “Join the video call” button when Microsoft gives us the link; if it isn’t available yet, the email points the customer to their Microsoft Bookings email for the join link instead.
