AM is thrilled to welcome Lovejit Bhatia MBA whom joins AM Surveying & Block Management as Operations Manager, responsible for leading and managing the on-site divisions of AM.
Lovejit joins the team as Operations Manager responsible for oversight of our on-site cleaning, gardening and general maintenance departments helping the company drive forward these departments to the next level as part of AM's growth goals.
Operations Management at AM Surveying & Block Management includes team leadership of our site operatives, booking, scheduling and end to end oversight of inbound works orders received via our internal Block Management team using our latest industry software FixFlo and reporting to company leadership on expansion of the department and building on existing infrastructure.
With a background of 5 years in front of house and duty management of high-end Central London hotels within the hospitality sector and a further 5 years in client-side residential management, Lovejit brings a wealth of experience in operational management and attention to detail, skillsets of which residents of AM Surveying & Block Management have come to expect from our team.
Lovejit moves over to AM Surveying & Block Management after several years working client-side on behalf of a well known property developer at a largescale London residential development, ready to work closely with management of AM within a pivotal role of the firm and a department experiencing excellent growth and with further growth potential.

The on-site departments of AM Surveying & Block Management currently consist of 5 site operatives providing cleaning, gardening & general trade services and was set up 3 years ago to fill the demand by our clients to provide well rounded, cost effective joined-up service across our managed portfolio.
Since the introduction of our internal maintenance departments in 2018, our Property Managers and Property Management Assistants have an in-house resource to tap into for execution of basic site services with the benefit of internal cost controls, GPS tracking, in-house reporting provided by trusted and vetted AM trade operatives working exclusively for our managed portfolio on behalf of our residents, led by our Operations Manager.
