Zak Sladden, Property Manager, Achieves AIRPM Qualification in Block Management
At AM Surveying & Block Management we strive to achieve high levels of professionalism, providing clients an excellent level of service delivered by our competent professionals. We principally manage residential property, so all our Property Managers must be qualified with the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) or must actively be in training to become qualified with the same.
After a period of intense on the job training, in April 2017 Zak Sladden is the latest
Property Manager at AM Surveying & Block Management to achieve the industry
recognised qualification in Block Management with the IRPM, which now certifies him as an Associate Member with the IRPM and grants him use of the designations AIRPM after his name.

Zak is responsible for the management of a leasehold property portfolio for a variety of clients including Freehold Investors, Property Developers, Lessee share of Freehold Companies and Right to Manage companies. Zak's role includes preparing service charges budgets, management of sites within such budgets, carrying out site visits, liaising with property owners & clients, administering all matters arising and working alongside other departments in respect of his managed portfolio such Accounts, Maintenance, Insurance and Conveyancing.
What is the Institute of Residential Property Management?
The Institute of Residential Property Management is a professional organisation whose objective is to promote and stimulate improvements in the technical and general knowledge of individuals engaged in residential Block Management. In doing so, it aims to achieve high standards of practice and professionalism in Block Management. Its members are required to operate within the IRPM's Code of Professional Conduct.
