Block Management Accounts Assistant.
I work in the Block Management Accounts department, providing assistance to our Block Management Accounts team and our Property Managers.
My role includes assisting with preparing service charge and ground rend demands, processing payments, reconciling client bank accounts and providing day to day assistance to our in-house team, clients and property owners. I also assist our Accounts team in pursuing service charge and ground rent arrears, this includes preparing Reminders, Final Notices and even providing assistance to Solicitors if necessary.
I recognise the swift collection of service charges is vital to the effective management of a building and as such take this part of my role at AM Surveying & Block Management very seriously.
I am also currently studying as a Government backed Apprentice on an accounting AAT course and look forward to continuing my studies.
